Would not recommend. I've never have a good experience with them. The last time I rented a house through them was a giant headache. They told me they would have the place clean before my move in date. When I arrived the place was disgusting there was trash everywhere on the inside and outside.and smelt like animal urine. I told them the place was not clean and if they could please have someone clean it. They told me I would have to be the one to clean it and hung up on me. I would not recommend these people. My ex and I moved into a place and I broke things off with him. I left him the house since it was close to his job. Anyway I asked to be removed from the lease and they would not allow it. He stayed the whole time of the lease and a little passed the lease agreement. Well I guess he decided to move out without telling them. He blocked or changed his number. So the lease agreement that I was on with him was finished. RecommendedThese people are so helpful and understanding of situations. I bought a house and had the loan company fall through. Anna hooked me up with Kimberly Beckham and between the two of them they are rockstars! I wouldn’t go through anyone else to either buy, rent or handle my personal rental property.

I’m not one to write reviews Bc I don’t have the time or patience but on this I made an exception. By far the worst real estate customer service I have ever experienced . I have 7 real estate properties and four different agents I deal with monthly . I wouldn’t use this company if my life depended on it . If I could rate negative I would . They won’t be in business long like this . The end
