Tonight I had the worst experience at this restaurant! My son had 2 ear wigs in his silverware that was wrapped in a napkin along with their droppings! After I confronted the owner about this issue her excuse was that they are located in west valley and it's unavoidable, their service was awful after that! They didn't come back to check on us, no offer refills for our drinks, my son had to get out of his seat and ask for a refill ! I eat here often. I have never been disappointed. The food is absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and the staff is friendly. This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat.

The food was good, but the poor rating is because of the fraudulent tactics used in their tip manipulation. They automatically include a 15% but write it so you don't know it is included, then under the total that already includes 15% gratuity, they have a tip and total section for the patron to fill out. So if you enter 0.00 it looks like you didn't tip, but you are actually charged a baseline of 15%. How many people just add another tip? Defrauding the consumer, not good. Sorry for the confusion. When I returned the booklets I was telling the people at the table that tip was included and all they had to do is put a zero in that area. It was clearly on the regular receipt. If you come in I'll return your 15% to rectify this. Others in the party of 24 heard me, if you ask around they did exactly as I said. We try to be fair and only add on parties of 10 or more and if any complaints about it, we are willing not to add it. It is also written in our menu and posted behind the register.
