I thought they were going to help me. They got me to gather a bunch of documents. When I had to delay my divorce and resubmitted an application I got denied. I didn’t expect them to do that as my financial situation has worsened. Now I’m in really big trouble. Don’t rely on them and definitely don’t delay because they have no qualms pulling the rug out from under you no matter how desperate your situation
They led me on like they were going to help me and the day before court told me they didnt have enough staff to assist me. It was very dissapointing and caused me significant distress and anxiety. Dont trust them to do ANYTHING thats very important to you. Miss Aurora was the only one that seemed to care at all
