ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE! Warning!!!!!! – Worst building experience ever! Used Lone Star Land Design (LSLD) for an extensive outdoor addition. Our experience was marked by structural mistakes, aesthetic mistakes, lack of concern, no oversight, and extremely poor and untrustworthy communication. LSLD was not paying their subcontractors on our job which resulted in several subs threatening liens on our home. (In retrospect we should have required lien wavers from all subs.) Great work, professional teams – Very pleased with the design and the installation of a large patio extending off our existing back deck. Required coordination of several sub-contractors, all handled seamlessly. Went the extra mile to meet our expectations. Excellent crew, professional and friendly management, highly recommend.

Great Landscape Company in Austin – Lone Star Land Design designed and built a 1400 SF deck off of our back door as well as other landscape items and pathways at our house. The job was designed and completed in a timely manner and the staff was always very helpful and willing to work with us on any changes my husband and I wanted to make. Great customer service and a job well done! – There are very few flat surfaced in my backyard. I needed easy access to my garden, wide pathways & low steps. The patio, wall, steps and railing are perfect for my small space. I picked out the design I wanted and Trey did his best to merge what could be built with what I wanted. Didn't let my changes I asked for bother them, just did it. All calls and emails answered in a timely and efficient manner. All in all, a job well done!!
