RecommendedI come in with dumb "first time mom" questions pretty much every visit. Dr Smith answers every question with compassion and makes me feel at ease. We switched from another provider when my son was 12 months due to insurance issues, but I've found that I'm so much happier with our care at Lone Star.
Had our first appointment there today. Doctor Smith was very sweet and professional.
My boys love Dr. Kim and Sabrina like family, and when we arrive we are treated like family. They get us in quickly AND spend time talking and caring for us. They call me with test results directly, and make sure I understand what they have to say.
I love how personable Dr. Smith is! My daughter wants to sit on her lap every time we visit and Dr. Smith doesn’t mind at all to hold her. Our nurse is always nice so is Suzie at the front desk! Wait is always about 5 minutes or less.
Sabrina is amazing! She has been apart of our children's lives for almost 9yrs! Tamara Sabrina's nurse is just as wonderful too! Dr. Kim is sweet and is always a joy to see too. From the time you walk through the doors until you walk out, it's like you're just on an educationally healthy play date! It's a Win Win for both parents and kiddos!
