The finance department was grate, they did everything I asked for and were more than wiling to work with me. The sales guy was new and you could tell, but he was very helpful and willing to let me just look and not pressure me. Again, amazing sales department. The most down to earth and friendliest people I've ever met! We live 3 hours away but, we always come here for service or just to hang with our new "BUDS".
Went to test ride an Indian dark horse because I wasn't sure whether I wanted a scout or chief. Fortunately I have another Indian dealer closer to me that helped me with that choice because lone star tried to write out a credit report without informing me, saying it was just normal paperwork they fill out before a test ride and when I explained that they were the only dealership that has ever done that to me and it wasn't right the manager couldn't give a crap less.
