Evan is by far the best paying in town. I called everywhere. He had the highest price. That & he was so knowledgeable. He said he's been in the business for 14 years & it shows. His office is so nice & comfortable too. Clean & smells great! If you're a first time seller do not worry you will feel so comfortable!
