Completely incompetent office staff. After waiting for 30 minutes, I inquired how much longer it would be. Only to be told that it would be another 10 minutes before I could get in a room because there were two other people in front of me. Completely unapologetic and think it is ok to make people wait at least an hour to see the doctor is totally absurd. I walked out and thank god I didn't waste anymore time with a doctor and office staff that is so clueless!

I trust Dr Balachandar with my life because she will go the extra mile to help her patients. She has improved the quality of my life.

I would like to say that the front desk lady and the other lady that supposedly take over while she's there they do not cooperate with their patients at all I am trying to get disability because I've had blood clots pancreantitis arthritis in both hands carpal tunnel in both arms COPD c diff gastric titis, and right now I do not have the money to go see her in 2011 through 2013 I saw her twice and she sent me in hydrocodone every month without any trouble whatsoever. I definitely like to comment about rude and lying admin staff at front desk. She charged me 100$ for my consultation and as per my insurance, i am responsible for a copay of 20$. She without any hestitation, she lied stating that doctor is a specialist and we charge 100$. She was very mean and rude. She didnt even care to explain me why she charged me $100.
