I go to this clinic all the time for my daughter and I have NEVER been treated so rudely as I was 20 mins ago by Dr Vu Plum D.O. and her nurses. I had the flu about A week ago and took tamaflu for it. I go in to be check bc of mucus build up and they kept cutting me off after asking a question so I couldnt fully answer any questions they had. I'm also pregnant and the Dr pushed so had on my stomach its made me nauseated. NEVER again will I go to the after hours clinic with such rude staff being there. They dont care to help ... read more
If I could rate this place a negative 30 stars, I would. Wife calls to set up an appointment and they say to walk in due to her being a new patient. She isn't a new patient. Our insurance forces us to use this PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE. We walk in and my wife has a 102 fever at this time and they tell us they have only one doctor on staff today and they will not see her. This is the worst service. Still won't see my wife. Great place. NOT!!!!!!
I really liked my Doctor Dr nicoles was awesome the other dr office i went to i would have to go all the way to galveston just to have my baby that is 2 hours from where i live so god forbid if i go into labour early but with this dr i can have it alot closer to home in conroe and the doctors and the rest of the staff where very polite and professional & answered all my questions.

I love this place... My doctor is awesome and so is the staff...
