I constantly told the doctors that my daughter complained of a tummy ache all the time. they dismissed it every time. I go to a new pediatrician in another town for a wellness check and tell this dr. they do one simple test and find out she has ulcers. these doctor's dont listen to their patients. they would rather a child stay in pain.
If you need to make an appointment, you need to call months in advance I guess to have time to wait on hold. I have been waiting for someone to answer for over 2 and a half hours. The automated message keeps telling me my estimated wait time is one minute. This is ridiculous. I understand that with covid going on there may be a lot of callers, but either the automated system needs to be updated to give accurate estimates or someone needs to answer and give an updated estimate on when they will have time for us. Love my dr Heather Duff and also my dentist dr Muniz both are very thorough and explain in detail everything that’s going on with your care plan they are never in a hurry they take their time with you!

I have never been treated so badly by a doctor in my life and I've been coming Here for about 4 years! Patients shouldn't have to beg for help!

I go to this clinic all the time for my daughter and I have NEVER been treated so rudely as I was 20 mins ago by Dr Vu Plum D.O. and her nurses. I had the flu about A week ago and took tamaflu for it. I go in to be check bc of mucus build up and they kept cutting me off after asking a question so I couldnt fully answer any questions they had. I'm also pregnant and the Dr pushed so had on my stomach its made me nauseated. NEVER again will I go to the after hours clinic with such rude staff being there. They dont care to help ... read more
