Doctor Lacey is a very wonderful, caring knowledgeable, kind person. He was so instrumental today in helping me through the process that I had found very nerve wrecking before the procedure. Additionally, Renee was an amazing nurse who was calming , patient, knowledgeable and warm. Stephanie was also an excellent nurse that provided you with knowledge which explained things very well upon discharge. Keller location demanded I pay over $2000 for my colonoscopy BEFORE ever billing my insurance. Took me SIX MONTHS to get a refund check for $1800 dollars that I overpaid. And that was after MANY phone calls over a period of months. Criminal behavior and very bad customer service.
If you have to get a colonoscopy, this is the place to be. The staff is great, and Dr. Lamba was terrific. It was as easy as this type of thing can be!
Really nice staff, but I didn't feel like the doctor's level of interest met the concerns of my circumstances. She wasn't very thorough, and didn't seem to understand the initial reasons I wanted a EGD to begin with. I also got conflicting instructions on pre-op with what medications to hold, and what kind of diet to have the day prior. The procedure was almost cancelled due to staff not being on the same page about when I needed to hold my GLP-1.
