Dr J Krieger is fantastic, kind & professional with a Fun bedside manner :) My husband has been seen by him a few times, so, of course, I chose him as well. TDDC Surg- center/Keller is top notch from the "EASY Check-in" technology,( which is pretty cool!) As well as the front desk young lady. Katrina was my pre-op nurse! My first time leaving a bad review. The care team was great but the billing process is a nightmare. The estimate we were given before procedure was $0. After procedure I got a bill of over $2500 and then the billing department becomes rude and hard to deal with. Please do not be deceived when they tell you the estimate is low or 0. Avoid at all cost. When we called the billing department, no one would give us clarity. Our procedure was preventative measure due to the fact a family member died of colon cancer. Most unprofessional set-up I’ve ever experienced. I am so disappointed by the staff and lack of communication. I’m requesting immediate new referral to anyone else than Lone Star Endoscopy Keller.
