The service was very efficient and the communication was timely and thorough. My check in was at 7:15A for an 8:15A appointment and I was out the door at 9:45A. The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. I will definitely use them again.
Would not let my husband come back to the prep room to wait for me. I was so scared and nervous.
Dr J Krieger is fantastic, kind & professional with a Fun bedside manner :) My husband has been seen by him a few times, so, of course, I chose him as well. TDDC Surg- center/Keller is top notch from the "EASY Check-in" technology,( which is pretty cool!) As well as the front desk young lady. Katrina was my pre-op nurse! My first time leaving a bad review. The care team was great but the billing process is a nightmare. The estimate we were given before procedure was $0. After procedure I got a bill of over $2500 and then the billing department becomes rude and hard to deal with. Please do not be deceived when they tell you the estimate is low or 0. Avoid at all cost. When we called the billing department, no one would give us clarity. Our procedure was preventative measure due to the fact a family member died of colon cancer.
