did not show up as promised. wasted a whole day.
I wish there was a zero star option. This was for a dock lift replacement. Main worker was very rude and unprofessional. First off, he didn't show up on the day he was scheduled and didn't even call to notify us. Apparently he called in sick. The following day they didn't show up until after 9am. They worked just a couple of hours then left for over three hours. Finally came back and said they were done for the day because they need an electrician. The following morning arrived close to ten.
