I wish there was a zero star option. This was for a dock lift replacement. Main worker was very rude and unprofessional. First off, he didn't show up on the day he was scheduled and didn't even call to notify us. Apparently he called in sick. The following day they didn't show up until after 9am. They worked just a couple of hours then left for over three hours. Finally came back and said they were done for the day because they need an electrician. The following morning arrived close to ten. They had a hard to find garage door bottom seal in stock ! Super helpful over the phone . They had me text a picture of what I needed and they replied right away with what they have on stock . Great service.
I called to ask for help on a metal gate to which they referred me to a welding company. I can say with absolute confidence that if they’re willing to help a stranger without spending a dollar in their company I can only imagine how they treat actual customers. This is a rare act and I look forward to one day giving them my business.
