I called to make an appointment to drop off an item for cutting and the service representative told me a specific time to arrive. I actually arrived 20 minutes early to find the doors locked. I waited outside the front door and the doors were still locked at my appointment time. Ten minutes after my appointment I call to find out how long they'll be and I'm told they've already left and couldn't wait for me. This company does not pay their vendors. The owner does not return phones calls. Bunch of deadbeats!

My business had a break-in at 4am. I called Lone Star Glass at 5 am and they had someone come in 1 hour later to board up where the glass door had been. They were very professional.
