Felix and his team are great! Felix took care of everything with the insurance made sure they paid for everything and his work was beyond good! Great attention to detail and made the whole experience easy! I highly recommend him and his body shop.
Felix and his team will tell you what you want to hear to get your deposit. My agreement with them was very clear, my car was to be stored inside and it was left outside in the rain with no glass, loose parts, and bare metal. Felix is non-communicative now after agreeing to return my deposit. No work was done on my car except to have trash thrown inside it. I brought my 02 Yukon Denali in for a fender bender. I ran some ideas by them and they took my dream and put into reality. Words cannot express how happy I was with the outcome. I feel like I went and picked up a whole new truck. I definitely recommend Lone Star Collision Center. I was updated throughout the whole process. And was able to pick my Yukon just a few days after dropping it off. Great customer service, I was very happy with the whole process.
