I do not recommend Lone Star Coffee. My two years of experience with them includes many occasions of unresolved maintenance requests, overstocked kitchens, incorrect product delivery for orders, high employee turnover, and unorganized administrative staff.

Applied for each of the 4 positions that were available wiith this company and was passed over for each and every one of them because I am a white male. All the positions were filled hispanic males that all had criminal records and no history of technical background, unless you count cutting grass. I have a technical and customer service background and was passed over because the hispanic interviewer only saw one thing, a white guy.

Terrible place to work or be a customer with. If you have had dealings with them please respond with a way to contact you. Need help they are talking law suit.

Would never expect such unprofessionalism from a fairly recent company! Inconsiderate and selfish owner only implies his employees are trained to be the same! Beware of this company the lies just keep coming! No class at all!

I would NEVER recommend this dirty, twisted, dishonest coffee service company to even my worst enemy!!! They will lie to you and say "no, that's not a contract" and then you're stuck with service from them for the next FOUR YEARS!!!! A group of circus animals could do their job better than them! EVERY SINGLE time you order there will be some mistake and then it will take you to contact them about 3 times regarding the same issue for it to finally be resolved within the next 3 months.
