Your system is worthless, I been calling the entire day yesterday and for 2hrs this morning and no body answers the freaking line, I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed it!! Why not put normal regular people to answer your phones, instead of a system that does nothing!! You have one main line for everything and you screw us because we cannot talk to any body ot cannot reach anyone for that matter and just end up freaking frustrated. Why have so many places if you'll cannot handle simple phone system ahhh????
I’ve been holding an hour to schedule an appointment because I need to ask a question first. Every time I have to schedule an appointment, I go thru this and it’s been going on over a decade. They always have said they are working on it but it’s always been this way. Every time I have to do this I always swear I will change providers
