I went for my first adult woman’s appointment and I had some concerns I was wanting to address at this appointment. The medical assistant Elizabeth and the Dr I can’t remember her name were both so nice. They done a great job at explaining everything to me and were very sweet and personable. I was worried about getting my blood drawn (I am very scared of needles and hate them) and doing a swab on me, but everything was fast and I felt no pain. La asistente de la Dra muy amable y cordial muy profesional ,pero la ginecóloga Thornton kandace nooo la recomiendo le falta estudio y empatía muy insegura en sus respuestas parece que no le gusta la ginecología da la impresión q no le gusta hacer el chequeo anual de la mujer debería cambiar de vocación no volvería con ella..
Terrible, the people there do not care about you at all, I drove 45 mins each way for my annual exam, just for them to tell me I didn’t need the exam when I got there, and then billed me for an office visit because “it wasn’t preventative”. I went back and forth with them and my insurance and they are sketchy.
Amazing bed side manner and made me feel comfortable, relaxed and incredibly informed, thank you so much, Keyonna and Candice Thornton. I've been coming here for 13 years & they're some of the best OBs I've seen ☺️
