Today 08/15 at 10:40 am I had an appointment with Dr. Sabu, I arrived at 10:10, I checked in, everything was fine, I waited for Dr. Sabu for 1 hour in my room for her to check me since I am hypertensive and pre-diabetic, I had some appointments, the doctor never arrived, I am level 5, there is no discount, I paid $150 that I asked to be refunded since no one wanted to see me or give me an explanation, I suppose I will be left without my refill of pills? My experience at lone star circle of care was FANTASTIC. The front desk ladies were really nice and quick, I sat at the lobby for less than 1 minute before I was called in. The MAs ABSOLUTELY ADORED my bendicion (child), they made him laugh and giggle and feel comfortable. After we were roamed we waited, not even exaggerating 1 minute to be greeted by the one and only APRN Katelyn Heck. My daughter had an appointment here at Lone Star to see the Nurse Practitioner Heck for a sick visit. First off the Front Desk was very kind there was no waiting to be seen, the MA’s were super attentive and quick. Our Provider was very kind hearted. She cared for my daughter and gave my daughter her full attention. When we checked out they gave my daughter plenty of stickers! Overall Great Visit!!

Where to start: In the beginning, a few years ago, my appointments and care were great. I finally felt heard about my ongoing concerns. Now fast forward up until the beginning of this year. I have had to schedule 3 different appointments with my provider where the office has called me last minute and / or the day before to make an "excuse" as to why I can not be seen.
