Lone Star, do better. I’ve received several letters notifying me that every provider my family sees at Lone Star will be leaving. Continuity of care matters. Treat your staff and patients better.
Dr. Rogers is so kind and gentle. She is perceptive, encouraging, and helpful. She is knowledgeable and speaks to the kids in a way they understand. She has been such a wonder doctor.
Booked an appointment for my 2 year old daughter, who has been wheezing for days. I walked into your office, there is only ONE other mother and child sitting in the waiting room. She gets called back. We wait. We get called back….. Tell me why, we sit and wait to be attended too for OVER AN HOUR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. They do not treat you as a professionals or a priority. I have seen that office packed like sardines and you’re in and out. Whatever was going on today was atrocious.
Richa Patel, APRN-PNP, is a wonderful provider! She was warm, friendly, and instantly made my daughter feel comfortable during the visit. She was very attentive, detail-oriented, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. We never felt rushed, and her calm, caring demeanor made a big difference. Highly recommend!
Craig Brailsford is the best pediatrician!! He is so attentive and takes his time to answer all questions we have about our baby, and respects our decisions and thoughts on care. The front desk girls are not the best but Craig makes coming here and dealing with them worth it. If you come here for pediatrics do yourself a favor and make sure you only see Craig!
