I have been going to lone star circle if care for the last 15 years and I went into to get my daughter’s immunization before the start of school and I had the worst experience ever. I don’t know who this lady is or her position but she was very rude , ignorant and could have caused my child to get unnecessary immunizations because of her inability to properly communicate. Have to go to this clinic due to my son needing medication and our doctor is only virtual. She has been very rude every conversation and so has the front desk when rescheduling a follow up appointment. Her nurse was especially rude when I asked 3 days after we had or original appointment asking when our prescription would be at the pharmacy. She was extremely rude and said it can take up a week. I said we really need it right away and she basically said can’t do anything about that.
My son had an appointment a couple days ago. Upon check in the front desk woman Bianca had acknowledge me and looked back down to her phone while I stood there in front of her I proceeded to say “hello” and she looks up and ask what I need help with rudely, during the check in process she was very careless and seemed to rush me off when I had questions over my insurance. Bianca has to be one of the rudest front desk woman’s I have ever came across
We waited TWO MONTHS for an appointment by the way. For nothing nothing happened they do not pull teeth even after over the phone they told me it was possible.. Waited TWO HOURS just to be told this after driving an HOUR for this appointment an they expect me to pay 250 dollars out of my pocket just to be denied healthcare. Flat out told no we cannot do anything but clean your teeth.. But over the phone told me something completey different? Okay.
Dr. Cheelopalle is amazing. She didn't mind answering any questions we had. Our appt was for 2:15. We were called back by 2:20.
