I have been BEGGING to talk to the billing department. I call, the line rings and rings. I called today and was assured the billing department would call me back. Nope. I updated my son's insurance on the portal, and it is still pending. I wrote a message to billing on the portal, they still refuse to call me. Something's gotta give!!!!! See attached photos. I've been trying to clear this up since February. The insurance has been listed as "pending" since February.
