I go to my appointment for a referral and it never goes into the system. Switch my pharmacy through them and they still send it to my old pharmacy. I saw them put all the information in the computer in person and they confirmed it was done. I have insurance and they didn't even tell me the labs I got were not covered and now I owe 400. I had this same issue with my last clinic and I will report them if they do this one more time. I should already be doing it.

I've found the sessions with Karen Curtis, LPC to be incredibly patient and considerate. She help me navigate a period of intense stress. She has a remarkable ability to make me feel heard and understood without judgment. I feel she really care about my mental health and that is so important to me. I'm truly grateful for her support. They don't even deserve one star. Specifically Karen Curtin, LPC. She judged me from the start. She assumed I needed a witness in court based on my appearance, when I actually needed someone to talk to and confide in due to issues with my mental health. You can tell she does not care about the actual wellbeing of her clients. I have insurance and even made a copay to see her, just for her to cut my appointment short by 40 minutes. Do not waste your time or money.
