Absolutely horrible I waited on hold for 20 minutes to be transfered and put on hold again to be transfered and put on hold again to be told they dont take referrals from tricare. They might want to let tricare know so they stop sending them referrals.
I loved Ana from the front desk, she was so professional, takes pride and care into her work, and was very kind to my husband and I. She put together all the paperwork I needed, and even caught me in the parking lot as I was leaving when I forgot to fill out a form. She’s be so informative and I’m truly grateful for her dedication to her job. HORRIBLE . My 4 year old got lab work for a possible UTI and I called almost a week after for the results and they still weren’t done ! Dr mezda is the “doctor” who seen her ! Very disappointed and livid
I recommend Lone Star Circle of Care Harker Heights for any parent seeking pediatric services for their child. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. The two doctors we have seen have been thorough and responsive to our needs. Nurse Merrenda is amazing at drawing blood. She got my daughter’s (who has an aversion to needles) blood samples on the first try. Her compassion and kindness made the difference for my child. Amazing staff overall.
