One of the worst offices I've ever had to deal with M.A are very lazy and give you attitude when it's time to do their job!!!! 0/10 would not recommend I hate that my child's primary care physician left Harbor health to work at such a unprofessional, incompetent, lazy office.
I wish there was a zero star! I show up to my appointment after waiting for a whole month with pain and they tell me my appointment is canceled but they don't know why they didn't notify me after I took off work!
I wouldn’t recommend, me and my sister booked our appointments 2 months in advance and we arrived after driving for 50 minutes, the ladies at the reception “forgot” to send us an email to let us know our appointments were cancelled 5 days ago and that Dr Okunade is not taking new patients even though my sister was not a new patient, so disappointed, will go elsewhere where our time and money is valued!
