When I arrived at the Ben White location I was greeted promptly by one of the best doctors that I have met so far! Dr. Raymond Moncevais was very observant, he listened and accessed my medical needs immediately. You can truly feel when people care and this Doctor is prime example. He went above and beyond to ensure I was provided a higher level of care and respect at one of Austin's busiest clinics on a Saturday!!! Thank you Circle of Care and Dr. Moncevais yall are exceptional.
Kristen Dennehey is the best ! I always feel like I have an advocate and friend in my corner ! She always makes sure that all my questions and concerns are answered and addressed !
I give him 5 starsDr. EAPEN is a amazing! Its the front desk staff that is horrible! Rude and very unprofessional! For being 1st point of contact they give this place a 1Star or less!
I am a diabetic patient with Lone Star and my nurse, Melissa Rodriguez for the last 3 weeks has been absolutely amazing. She is very professional and caring. She also instructs me well on how to take care of myself. She is a top notch nurse and a beautiful person.
Finally a doctor that listens to me. Kristen Dennehey spent a long time listening to my concerns and offering options for testing that may help me get a diagnosis. The office assistants set me up with two other doctors and for a follow up after my appointment so that I wouldn’t have to follow up myself. The nurses were quick with bloodwork etc. The office is clean and quiet. I really hate doctors, but I had a great experience here. 10/10 would recommend.
