I’ve been a patient here for almost 10 years. I’m always shocked at how friendly, helpful, and fast they are considering it’s a community clinic. Most recently, I had an appt scheduled months in advance and found out morning of my insurance had lapsed. I showed up early and they were able to approve me for their in house sliding scale plan before my appt! So I was able to keep my appt and only cost me $30 for everything! Abby especially was so kind and helpful. Thank you for being patient and the great work yall do!
I’m so tired of coming here and not being helped until 30 minutes past my appointment time with no information and no heads up. They just make you wait. This morning my apt was for 810. I come 15 minutes early like they demand. The front desk lady isn’t even here yet. When she does get here she’s literally putting her shoes on and putting her hair up. Very unprofessional!! I went here 2 weeks ago bc I had a lot of fluid in my ear and excess mucus. They gave me a medicine that I didn’t need. It obviously didn’t work so I went to another doctor and they told me the other doctor gave me medicine for a cough and that’s why I’m still sick. Please make sure that the medicine they give you is the one you ACTUALLY need especially cause you have to pay for it.
