I love this place and have never had a problem. Until now! I had my oil changed yesterday. Later that afternoon i noticed my check engine light on. Well i checked my oil and there is very little on the dipstick. I have tried reaching out to the carwash which shows to be open today on there website. It's closed today. This is my only means of transportation to work in the morning. I would appreciate any help in contacting them to fix this problem so i can make it to work tomorrow. Bent my license plate!!! Chipped the plastic, about an inch on my side passenger mirror. VERY disappointed in them. Did a crappy job on my floors! Never again.
I would just like to brag on these guys up here at lone star. The staff is extremely kind and professional. And they give their all every time! By far the best car wash and service center around!! Thank yall!!

Went and got my car washed thank u guys so much not sure why all the bad reviews i have been bringing my car here for years and they have always done an a+ job keep up the good work the new manager is also so nice and respectful will keep coming back
So disapponted!!! I took my vehicle in to have it detailed which included a hand wax. 145.00 (10.00 extra because it was a vehicle...no problem)not only was it not waxed but it was still filthy. When i brought it up to the manager, he said we wont charge you. Really? I just wanted my vehicle detailed.
Once again paid for the best wash they have and they can't even wipe out my cup holders or vacuum the back floorboards. The outside looked great however that's why I'm giving them 3 stars. Although I stressed how I didn't really care about the outside it was the inside I really wanted cleaned.
