Very rude technician named Ryan. Please beware. He was yelling at my mom so loud through the phone that I could hear him and he wasn’t on speaker phone. My mom is very kind and this was uncalled for. No one with respect would ever talk to a client or customer that way.

Technicians breaking /damaging property, yelling at women, & overcharging because they are very money hungry. Please beware. Paid $100 for them to check what was wrong, $1586.35 for them to install a coil, and then they damaged my walls /ceiling & have the audacity to try and charge $185 to see if the damage is actually theirs. Where do I even begin. Today a technician came out to service our AC unit that went out after only 1.5 years of use. He went to our attic , did some servicing and left. Starting to wonder if Lonestar deletes their bad reviews! Had the worse encounter. Technician came out , caused water damage to my ceiling and when my wife called to report it, she was directed to some man named Ryan who thought it necessary to yell at my wife. My wife was explaining the cost for their mistake if they came out to verify the leak. He cut her off mid sentence and began yelling at her. I’m terrible with names and I’m sorry the technician just left my house. I just wanted to say he was very professional and concise. Made sure if I had any questions. They were all answered. Also want us to say that Tammy who sets up the appointments is always so polite and courteous. Great customer service here great technicians thank you
