Nestor arrived on time for a diagnostic - had booties on as to not get me carpet dirty! How thoughtful! troubleshooted the unit. Explained what the problem was in detail so I could understand. Great experience so far. We will see what happens with the repair. But Nestor was very pleasant to work with - I would recommend him for sure. ****update from Monday it’s Wednesday, Nestor came by and fixed it!!
