I have been dealing with Lonestar AC for over 14 years. One of our units was not working properly and we were about to leave the country for 2 1/2 weeks. Tammy ( a sweetheart) worked us in and Sayad was great in getting us back up and running. He was so honest and fair. Great service and company.

Spent several hours at my house and they still didn’t fix my AC!! Incompetent! It’s 80 degrees in my house 24/7 in 100 degree texas weather and they spent 5 hours here saying everything’s all good for it to go back doing the same thing. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I’m wondering if they’re even licensed

UPDATE: Hired another AC company and they immediately found the problem — one of our air ducts wasn’t even sealed to the unit. All that cold air was blasting onto the unit, creating massive condensation. The first photo shows it just sitting there, completely unattached. If Lone Star Air had taken responsibility and fixed their work from the start, I wouldn’t be here warning others. Ill start by expressing my complete distaste for Buck at lonestar air systems. He is the epidemy of industry trash. He needs to learn how to talk and deal with customers. They also have very rude staff in the office. I was called a liar over the phone over a scheduling issue. Lonestar also lied to the warranty dept for my home builder, about the work their tech performed on our house.
