Corrosion holes formed in distinct sections along the same horizontal sections on the aluminum which is less than five years old and part of a complete rebuild. These holes formed fairly quickly starting the first year and has progressed worse over time. The rv person I brought it to for repair ruled out electrolysis and said it was very likely a result of the manufacturing process when they (lone pine) would have formed the folds in the aluminum. They were quick to fix our issue with our slide out ; and servicing the wheels ; and were amazing and helpful . There was one setback; however . They put new caulking all around the doors on my front storage compartment; and it takes two of us to lock them properly ; until the foam gets pressed in more . .
I couldn't find an RV repair shop where I live for metal siding. Since I was driving to Calgary, I phoned Lone Pine RV and without any hesitation, they were happy to help me with a piece of aluminum siding. They were very prompt on my order and keep in touch with me with email and phone calls. I will highly recommend this company.
I called for a quote to replace my hot water heater in my RV. They said a new one would be about 2k but suggested I could bring it in and they weld it. Saved me $1900. Amazing customer service and I will definitely use them in the future.
I called them in regards to a heater A/C problem I was having with my 2016 Forest River Surveyor. I had just come back from the first camping trip with the new to me trailer. I offered to bring the trailer in, however they said "it might be something simple" let us get a tech to talk to...I am a Automotive Tech myself so understand the basic operation of the heat/AC system. Within 2 minutes we had sorted out the problem with a re-set of the thermostat. Now this is CUSTOMER SERVICE.
