My son had a tonsillectomy at this hospital yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. The hospital is a beautiful facility and the nurses that we had were wonderful! This was our first time having a surgery there and it was a good experience. I would highly recommend anyone coming here if they need to have medical procedures done. :)
My family was visiting from out of state and we ended up with a very sick kiddo. Nervously I started looking for medical care in the area, specifically somebody who would take my insurance. Lone Peak not only took our insurance but took care of our son as if he was their own! From the minute we walked through the door the nurses, doctors, and surgeon were kind, respectful, and very thorough. This is my second surgery at lone peak hospital and they where awesome. The nurse's where the best. They where supper busy with all the other patients but not once did I feel ignored. Dr Hohl did my 1st surgery and my second and I'm going back for my third with him. I have been to alot of hospitals and have had over 20 surgery I wish they where all done at Lone Peak Hospital. Never will be going here again- their billing department is awful. I have been sent to collections twice. Each time it was for money that I do not owe them! They have my wrong address and my wrong insurance ID number. I have called multiple times and asked them to change it and it never gets fixed. They are ruining my credit all because of a mistake that they can seem to fix. This has been going on for almost a year.
Amazing nurses and great service. They all are very nice,the hospital is very clean,si glad for having this hospital in draper now. Thank you to all!!!!!!!!
I had surgery at this hospital l wasn't feeling good my surgeon told me I was OK to leave knowing my oxygen was low my blood pressure was low came home passed out had to call a ambulance found out I was hemmoraging from the surgery was seen at ihc was loosing blood had to get a blood transfusion got transported back to lone peak to have another surgery to have them say again that I was OK to go home throwing up the nurse and my surgeon assistant yelling at me . The way you handle billing is TERRIBLE! I NEVER received bills in the mail. I NEVER received calls to update my address, even though you have always had the correct address. And now I am sent to collections for things I NEVER KNEW ABOUT. Now that I do see these bills, I find that you used the wrong medical coding for what was sent to my insurance. This is wrong and I hope no one has to go through what I have to for the next few WEEKS as I fight to get it corrected.
Was there last night with back and admonal pain even though they couldn't get my veins but they treated me so great got the pain under control
