Their billing is terrible! I get surprise bills 4-5 months later & they need "coding" lessons. They have a 3rd party billing & couple that with medicare & a supplement...it has been a total nightmare!
RecommendedI fully recommend this hospital to anyone. First my doctor/midwife Eve Blair was so amazing and helpful the whole nine months of her seeing me. She never made me feel stupid for asking questions or anything like that. She was patient and kind, so, so kind! And the nurse staff is just flawless to me! especially Chelsea and Mindy both those nurses were truly amazing and made me feel so comfortable there. The people that work there care! They actually take time to get to know you.
We just delivered our third baby here. Having delivered our first two at the same hospital in Oregon it was emotional for me to be going somewhere else. But we may have had our best labor and delivery experience yet! The nurses here were attentive, caring, had wonderful senses of humor and took very good care of me and baby. I felt confident in their care. The rooms are nice and I loved not having to switch rooms after delivery! I just got home from having my baby boy at the lpme peak hospital in Draper staff were amazing and so was food they helped a lot and made things a lot easier for definitely coming back when I have another baby
They failed to bill my insurance or pass my insurance information to the ambulance. I now have a $3,000 bill on my hands that should’ve just gone through my insurance. This is the second time this has happened to me at this hospital. Also, the doctor in the ER was the most terrible, vile woman I have ever met. She violated hipaa, yelled at me, and kept me in a room not telling me what was even going on with me for about four hours. She also refused me to talk to a case worker.
Took my kid to the ER and the staff was so friendly and supportive!
