I had ACL reconstruction surgery along with a few meniscus repairs on Tuesday, May 3rd. Same day surgery, start to finish around 4 hours. I can't stress enough how wonderful my treatment was from the chap checking me in to the wonderful nurses. All the professionals involved in fixing me introduced themselves and explained their part in the process. My surgeon Dr. Trawick, did a marvelous job and 3 days later I am bearing weight and my wounds look fabulous. Would highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking care. Sindi C... read more

I was originally going to post a negative review about the billing department. However, I looked through the negative comments here, and I noticed some contact information for the Director of Quality at Lone Peak. Instead of posting the review, I called him and explained my problem. He had my problem sorted out so quickly, and he was so nice! I had only hoped to prevent the issue for others in the future, but he was kind enough to help me with my problem. Lone Peak totally deserves 5 stars. Thank you so much for helping me!
Nothing more comforting than watching your wife get treated like a junkie or being told that she must not be able to handle her disease outside of a hospital because she has a chronic illness and ends up in an E.R. more often than the average person. The nicest people here were the ones that didn't go to med school.
The ER staff is amazing!!! So friendly warm and competent!! Every single staff member. I would highly recommend.
Took my Mom to the ER and was then admitted. The staff and doctors were exceptional. All the nurses and CNA's were very helpful and really care about their patients. I would recommend this hospital to everyone.
This is the nicest hospital I've been to. Every single person we've encountered so far have been so caring and compassionate! From front desk, nurses, doctors, lab techs, etc have been incredible. Thank you thank you thank you!!
