Had the x-ray done yesterday and haven’t heard back. Doctor said to come back next week but when I went to the front desk to make an appointment they said he would be gone for two weeks. I’m in a lot of pain. Can’t walk with this pain and wouldn’t have thought I would have been left hanging for two weeks.
Dr. Brockbank is very knowledgeable and practical in his approach. He is a man of refined character, warm and friendly. I highly recommend him. He is particularly good at addressing concerns, explaining medical situations with drawings and using laymen’s language to facilitate clarity and understanding. He was not reticent to address any of a hundred questions I put to him.
