I have ben putting off going to the dentist for a long time because I have had bad experiences with dentists. I finally couldn't take the pain anymore. I called lone oak they got me right in and before I knew it I was done.
Very kind down to earth people. my experience was very calm and painless.
If you have any fear of the dentist, you won't after visiting Lone Oak. Every single person there is SO NICE! They are gentle and fast, and care about your comfort. Dr. Brad explains everything clearly. Unlike some bigger offices, there aren't TVs above the chairs, but the staff works so fast, and everything is so painless, you won't miss having a distraction.
I recommend Lone Oak Dental to anyone who is terrified of going to the dentist. The customer service is top notch. The staff is very courteous, friendly, and always strive to continue to make sure you are doing well and are comfortable during your visit. They do offer laughing gas for relaxation and I highly recommend it if you don't like the sounds, vibrations or sensitivity. I am very happy with this place and will continue to go here.

After a year of avoiding the dentist due to mine retiring and my anxiousness of finding a new one, I had a slight emergency and needed to be seen ASAP. Lone Oak fit me in the same day, and then worked with me to put together a comprehensive, affordable plan to address some issues. I’ve always felt comfortable here, and love how the staff is personable. Dr. Brad is easy going, and the hygienists are incredible. Love going here!
