Extremely dissatisfied with our experience with Lone Oak putting up our 40×40 shop. A lot of communication issues that took several go arounds to get clarified. Not timely getting work started after materials were delivered, terrible customer service from the owner, tried to put up the building without any footings despite multiple conversations about it as well as building plans indicating there would,be footings, did not appreciate them ordering several hundred dollars worth of lumber extra on our dime and refused to leave... read more

I’m sorry to say that your project was subject to every one of those issues. Many of these issues were beyond our control. We now have a very nice building but it's been a roller coaster of good and bad. Once the building was completed, the garage and man doors were 4" above the floor. We were told that was due to concrete allowance. The building inspection failed 3 times, but finally was approved. After we got the concrete done, the doors were still 4" above the floor.
