This place is truly amazing! We had the perfect time for our 20 year anniversary. Lynn is the perfect host and has thought of everything you will need for you stay and then some. We will definitely be back!!

My wife and I were so excited to spend 3 nights here, but a last minute family emergency required us to cancel. My 77 year old,veteran father, has Alzheimer's and was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance hours before we were supposed to check in. He required a hospital stay and then a transfer to a rehabilitation hospital. I explained the whole situation to the owner and her cold response was "she has a business and could not make an exception on refund policy." I’ve lost sleep due to your harassing demands of a refund and subsequent threats of negative reviews. In order to try and accommodate you, I called every person on the waitlist to try and get the room re-booked. Additionally, I spent money advertising the last-minute availability on FaceBook. We recently stayed at Sinya on Lone Man Creek and had an absolute relaxing and wonderful time! The hospitality was great and the place itself was beautiful and very clean! We will definitely be returning, hopefully sooner than later.

My husband and I recently stayed at Sinya to celebrate our 22nd anniversary. I would return in a heart beat. The location is lovely. The accommodations are luxurious and romantic. Lynn goes out of her way to make sure everything is top notch. She is as an amazing hostess. She is extremely helpful, but will also follow your lead on how much interaction with her you want. Such a lovely and unique experience. It was such a tranquil and peaceful place to wake up to. The kayaks available on site were a big plus. Just go down to the creek and kayak! Definitely a must try weekend getaway or just getaway. Lynn's hospitality is top notch.

Where do I even begin to describe this place? There are tons of reviews here that will tell you all about the features of Sinya and about the warmness of Lynn who built the place. All of those are accurate. After staying there several times it has become much more than just a destination to me.
