Disaster from the time they posted the property (they used old listing verbiage which was inaccurate. They did that after we sat and told them all the details of the house when she had pretended to write them down but didn't use any single one of them). This is an exceedingly unprofessional property management company. On numberous occasions they have yelled at us, hung up on us, exhibited unprofessional and unacceptable sarcasm and outright refused to do their job. We have mutually agreed to part ways as they refuse to properly manage the property and don't like being called out on that front.
