I have been living here for almost 5 years and have had no concerns at all until now. They stopped online payments and now is only by check or money orders plus the webpage has been deactivated. The woman who gave us the tour (she was actually a sweetheart gave us a prep talk and all) actually admitted she’s had the “same issues with Miss New York” her being from New York somehow justified her rude attitude lmaoooo. That kind of stereotyping is completely unprofessional and reveals obvious bias. My sister is 22 years old, hardworking, and came in ready to secure housing. As someone who has worked for and rented from Londontowne apartments, I was pleased. Office staff are friendly and fair across the board, especially Ms.Bev. Maintenance are timely and professional. We’ve been renting here for 4years, I don’t have any complaints on staff or the apartment, just the people who rent here the majority of them are stuck up AND Lord forbid you have kids cause then they really complain, outside of the people i definitely recommend renting with them
