This has to be one of the most ridiculous offices I have had the misfortune of using over the last couple of years. The people here really seem to care and they do their jobs all right but the process is absolutely ridiculous. Today was probably the third time that I have come in for an appointment and the doctor has left the building and nobody has given me notice wasting my time and making me take time out of work for no reason.
