Very disappointed with my experience. I came in simply to ask if my newly purchased YSL sunglasses could be fitted with prescription lenses. Without asking for permission, Cath took them from my hands and started manipulating the frame, even attempting to remove the original lenses. This is a $700 designer frame, and I was shocked that she handled it without my consent! She took it in the back office, and aggressively tried to remove the lenses! I was too stunned to speak!
