I had a positive experience at IRIS overall. The optician who helped me was truly next level. I believe her name was Sophia, though I may be mistaken as names are not my strong suit. She was personable, kind, patient, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to help without ever making me feel rushed and went above and beyond in terms of service. We will never go back here. They cancelled my husband and my three daughters once. I understand the doctor is not available. And then they tried to reschedule twice for the kids again. They do not care about the loyal customer. Wasting our time
Maria was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. She really listened to what I wanted and made it so easy to communicate my preferences, which helped me feel confident in choosing my glasses. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and gave such thoughtful help without ever making me feel rushed or pressured the entire time. I loved my experience with her and would highly recommend asking for Maria if you are purchasing new frames.
