We used to take our pets here until a few years back when my dog got hit by a truck and messed up his back. I walked in with my dog in my arms and the response was(with an attitude)"can I help you?" I told them what happened and they told me that I needed to make an appointment. Long story short, they reluctantly looked at my dog and said they couldn't do anything for him.
