Our first visit to Londonderry Animal Hospital (LAH). Took our dog to LAH today for an unanticipated visit, she was scheduled to go in on Wednesday but something came up where she had to go today. Filled out the "new client" form online the night before and they had to printed out when I arrived, that saved me from filling out forms when I arrived. What a GREAT experience. I thought the doctor I seen was very good and she really took her time and check my chinchilla out thoroughly
They took great care of my dog after she was attacked by another dog. They took us in on short notice and they were very patient with her nervousness. I found the cost to be reasonable, especially for a last minute appointment.
They got my 15 year Peanut back to feeling good. Love them.
I have been bringing my fur babies here for 11 years. I can't say enough about how wonder the staff are. Kind, caring, polite, and understanding. 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶 5 paw rating from my family!
Never been so irritated more in my life!!! Receptionists are absolutely awful here! Called them this morning telling them my dog was deathly sick laying there listless and needed to come in. He was throwing up and possibly blocked. They told me to call a 1800 pesticide poison control number. I took my animals there for years and years and they refused to see my dog!!???
