Terrible key-copying service... – Don't go here to have your car keys copied! They claim to be able to copy hi-tech keys, but when they copied a key for my 13-year-old car and it didn't work, they wouldn't give me a refund, ($25 for 1 key) even though I provided the key blank. Terrible service + high prices means I will be shopping at Home Depot from now on.
Wonderful Service – The people at Aquarius know what they're talking about! I've stopped in here a handful of times, and they've always been able to answer my questions. Once I came in looking for an item that they didn't carry, so they led me to a different place which turned out to have it! I couldn't ask for a better local hardware store. So glad it's around the corner!
Poor Customer Service – Very poor customer service at this location regarding mower repair. They seem friendly at first but fail to follow up for appointments, and do not return phone calls. Apparently they do not need or want your business and I will take mine elsewhere in the future. I had made arrangements for a mower pickup, was told it would be in the next two days and they never showed up or called.
