The worst!!!! A great example of the owner's ego getting in the way of polite costumer service. He has to demonstrate his superiority rather than just answering questions. It was never great before they redid the store to a high end paint store...now the service is worse. Went to Janovic and received excellent service as always.
OMG - NO ONE SHOP THERE! They are rude on the phone and say they are too busy to help you. Umm - what happened to customer satisfaction or assistance. They are a Mom and Pop - well they should probably retire cause they are rude and don't now how to service people in this day and time.
Owner is a JERK!!! – I just moved into the neighborhood two days ago and to support the small mom and pop stores I went to this hardware/paint store to get hooks to hang my pictures. I needed 15 hooks. When I came home to use them I realized the nails are too long so I went back the next morning to return. They remembered me but would not return or give me a store credit because I did not have my receipt. Good Tools – Good advice with good tools here. Lots of hidden things I was happy to use.
Need some pretty high end floor finishing products and this was the only place in the 5 boors that actually stocks it...Martin was very knowledgeable , knew the product and gave good advise. my experience here has been nothing but good...
The salesperson was so helpful in explaining my paint options and helping me with the swatches. Definitely going back to buy my paint from them and will update with my experience!
