Pace is a very good hardware store!!! They have what you want.Hard to find materials, and if they dont , it can be ordered...Ive had a good experience every time there.friendly staffing, and very knowledgeable.I recommend Pace for your Hardware needs........Jeff Reynolds .
I am with the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association. I approached Brookdale lumber for a donation of materials to build a ramp for a warrior coming home with both of his legs blown off. They donated all that we needed and we as well as the warrior are extremely grateful for helping our SWEAT for A Vet program. SHADOW
OMG - NO ONE SHOP THERE! They are rude on the phone and say they are too busy to help you. Umm - what happened to customer satisfaction or assistance. They are a Mom and Pop - well they should probably retire cause they are rude and don't now how to service people in this day and time.

Friendly service even at 9:00 AM on a Monday morning. Customers were being helped, staff worked together to make sure the product I received was of good quality (a challenging set of keys), and the popcorn was free! This is definitely a community store as the sales associate was having a conversation with a community member as he was helping me. However, he still did his job well. I will definitely go back to Hankins again!
Great services and personality of their people. The sales team here are so respectful and polite. I can always count on to this place when it comes to information.
They don't seem to know what Customer Service is, it is sad, and unfortunate, but I guess that is what allows them to hire such morons to work there. Purchased a couple toggle bolt kits for a measly $18. The guy in the store, lets just call him Mr. Douche, opened the package in the store to demonstrate how to use it. Upon returning home, we realized that the item they sold us was incorrect for our needs. We returned to the store and Mr. Douche refused to take it back as a return because the item had been opened.
