Unfortunately they do not pay their contractors.
Excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean, very nice environment for students.
They withdrew monthly rent in error and now I cannot get an update from them on when it will be refunded. Three weeks have gone by. Poor communication and lack of courtesy in dealing with the issue professionally.
