Absolutely amazing staff, have never had issues, property managers really take care of their tenants
I was a long-term tenant at The Red Bricks during my studies at Western University. Overall, my experience during tenancy was acceptable. However, my move-out experience and post-lease communication were extremely disappointing. As part of an early sign-off incentive program, I was promised a hoodie. When I moved out, I was informed that the item had been delayed and that I could pick it up later when I returned to London for graduation.
