We have what appears to be a foundation leak. We called London Plumbing and spoke with Grant - He was finishing up a job and still took the time to hear us out. He asked for pics and said he will be in touch in 20 minutes. He reviewed our pics and admitted that he was not able to assist, but tried to troubleshoot our problem the best that he could over the phone. Called after hours for a potential emergency, hot water tank leaking and flooding the basement. Quick response, issue diagnosed with a few pictures and issue stemmed. Next day service to replace the water tank, and fixed a few other issues at very little additional cost! We will be using them again in the future.
Grant was amazing! He came by super quick and did an amazing emergency job super quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
