Needed to replace an older unit that unexpectedly stopped working. London Heating and Cooling was honest and affordable. Service was quick. Mark made an overwhelming situation easy to handle. Highly recommend.

If I can give more than 5 stars to London Heating and Cooling I would. Our A/C kept going on and off on the hottest days of summer. Mark came the same day I called to diagnose the issue. Being that our A/C unit was so old we have decided to replace the unit. Mark came the next morning to install a new unit. Mark came through again for our family. My parents noticed a leak in their basement ceiling due to condensation from the AC unit, and that led to them figuring out it was a coolant issue and the unit needed to be replaced. The new unit was installed 24 hours later, but the best part of the visit was that he inspected the leak and made sure there was no mold in the duct work. He went above and beyond to help my parents feel comfortable. We highly recommend London Heating and Cooling
I would absolutely recommend London Heating & Cooling! Our a/c went out during the recent heatwave & Mark came out the same day I called to assess the situation & we decided to replace our very old a/c & furnace. Mark had great communication throughout the entire process & had very fair pricing. The entire job was done by lunchtime & I am extremely grateful to be back to a cool house!
