I woke up today 1/30/26 with a broken furnace and cold house. In the midst of a cold snap, I needed it repaired ASAP. I called Mark London, he was at my house in less than 90 minutes. Having called him to clean my now 10 year old furnace several years ago, I felt good about calling again. He found the problem and fixed it, but more importantly saw that the flue pipe from the furnace to the chimney was corroded and had actual holes in it, leaking lethal carbon monoxide into my house. Mark at London heating & Cooling was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with troubleshooting my furnace. He knew the codes off hand that I had going on. We were able to figure the source of the problem, then went ahead and came up with a plan of action. His prices were by far way under what the big corporations are charging. Mark at London Heating & Cooling was great to work with! He was able to fit me in quickly and was very professional and honest about what I did and didn't need done. Got my AC fixed and furnace cleaned within an hour at a fair price! Also was able to give me a quote on a new water heater, that I will be needing soon, so will be reaching out to have that done as well. Looking forward to working with London Heating & Cooling again!
