I am extremely disappointed in this business. I had previously taken some jewellery there to be repaired, their prices were fair, $75.00 to replace a bracelet clasp and a stone. The work was done quickly. Today I went to pick up the same item I had repaired once again, this time it was only the clasp that needed to be repaired. I was charged $275. + tax, it came to $310.00 I asked why and really was not given a clear explanation, I was told maybe they did something different than last time. I have always gotten excellent service at London Gold. I have had jewelry repaired here several times. And bought a ring too. So pleased with the quality and reasonable pricing too. I highly recommend.
I can't say anything about the quality of their merchandise or their prices because I didn't try to buy anything. What I can say is that they are extremely nice and helpful. I was in Toronto on vacation when my young daughter lost the back to one of her earrings. That's a big deal in the first year, when you have to keep the earrings in 24/7 or else the piercings fill back in.
