I went in to ask if a silver ring could be resized and I got a very arrogant “I’ll pass” reply. I’ve never heard such a rude and dismissive response, certainly doesn’t inspire me to return for any reason.
I had a ring that needed to be cut very happy with the service received and immediate assistance I received. I will take my rings to be resize.
I brought in my Rolex to see if they could find a link to insert into the band and they sent it to their watch repairman. It ended up being too expensive for me to do, but they got back to me quickly and were very friendly about it.
