I have a Tiffany bracelet and necklace that needed fixing/cleaning. Took them to a mall jewellery store in Oakville Place that quoted me $142 to fix the bracelet (replace the clasp) which would take up to 3 weeks, along with $35 for a sonic cleaning of the silver bracelet. Chuckling to myself, I left and remembered London Gold in the mall I go to all the time to do my grocery shopping. Not only did they fix the clasp on the spot, they cleaned my bracelet at no charge. Very nice people, happy to go back to them in future.
I went in to see of they would appraise some items I had, the lady was incredibly nice and sweet But this young tall man was the rudest, entitled, erogant sounding piece of work I heard in a while His attitude was the reason I didn't return to give them business because he made it sound like I was wasting his time for asking about paying for a service Will not do business with this place
