Came in this morning to get my ring refurbished. They did a great job and I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone looking to get a ring refurbished!
I took my star sapphire ring into London Gold for resizing. When I picked it up it looked great and fitted perfectly. I took the ring home whereupon the star sapphire fell out. Luckily I found the stone. I took the ring back but they refused to do anything without charging me more. They accepted no responsibility for the stone falling out. Strange that it was in place for 40 years. Never fell out. The male employee there was very rude. I left with my ring to find another jeweller. I went in to ask if a silver ring could be resized and I got a very arrogant “I’ll pass” reply. I’ve never heard such a rude and dismissive response, certainly doesn’t inspire me to return for any reason.
