I had a ring that needed to be cut very happy with the service received and immediate assistance I received. I will take my rings to be resize.
I brought in my Rolex to see if they could find a link to insert into the band and they sent it to their watch repairman. It ended up being too expensive for me to do, but they got back to me quickly and were very friendly about it.
I just had an unexpected outstanding experience at London Gold. My autistic adult daughter had a ring stuck on a swollen finger which John cut loose for her. She is quite sensitive and nervous about sounds and sensations but he distracted her with an in-depth Pokemon discussion that I must admit the details of which I couldnt even follow.
