I had an incredibly awful experience as they were holding 21k in escrow of my funds and did not release them to the landlord in time and my son was left stranded bags in hand on a Friday ready to move in. The communication was very poor (at times they simply did not call back to even let me know what to do as my son was stranded and whether or not it would work out) and the responsiveness lackluster at best.
