It was a busy Christmas week night and the staff was friendly and helpful despite being spread thin. They were working hard. What a great night on a boat looking at lights. It's our new Christmas tradition.
I surprised my girl crew with a day out on the boats and they loved it!!! We had a great time with food, drink, and music. Sara was so accommodating and attentive. I plan to come back for another adventure with couples!!! Cuddos LBR
Worst experience ever. Rented a boat for 2 hours. 6 to 8 pm. Boarded the boat and it would not start. Unloaded all 9 people and moved to a second boat. Got all 9 people loaded on the second boat. It would not start. They went to get a third boat. But it had not yet been cleaned. Filthy. Then waited while they attempted to give it a light cleaning. Boarded all 9 people. We had friends in from Sweden and looked forward to cruising the canals. Made the reservation and CONFIRMED that the tides were ok to go. During check in we were told it was high tide and we could not go into the canals or under 2nd Street Bridge. This was opposite of what I was told one day before. We cancelled and asked for a call back. While the call back came promptly and was polite, the suggested resolution was totally inadequate. Very disappointed as were our guests from Sweden
I was the Winner for a 2 free hours ride Facebook contest, thanks we had so much fun, my kids really enjoyed the ride!!!!! See you next time☆☆☆☆ the staff was so nice☆☆
